プライドクルーズ大阪は、誰もが安心してご参加いただけるイベントをめざしています。以下は、当日ご参加いただく皆さまへの大切なお知らせです。
【会場について】
場所：川の駅はちけんや（大阪市中央区北浜東1-2）
・会場までのアクセス方法についてはこちらから確認できます（外部サイトへリンク）。
・駐車場は身体障がい者・精神障がい者・知的障がい者減免制度があります。
・会場にはバリアフリー対応のトイレがあります（B1階のエレベーター近く）。
・会場内ではDJパフォーマンスによる大音量の演出がございますのでご留意ください。
・会場内にはエアコンの効きにくい箇所がございます。温度調節のしやすい服装でお越しください。
【撮影について】
・トークセッション中の撮影・録画・録音は禁止とさせていただきます。
・トークセッション中において、メディアが写真や動画の撮影を実施することがあります。メディア等に映りたくない方は後方にご着席をお願いします。
・水上プライドパレード中の撮影および出展ブースの撮影は可能です。
【水上プライドパレードについて】
・イベント当日での乗船受付はしておりません。
（※応募は4月26日をもって締め切らせていただきました。）
・当選された方には事前に、乗船に関する詳細のメールをお送りしております。もし届いていない場合は、メールにてお問い合わせください。

・パレードは雨天決行、荒天中止です。各自でカッパなど雨具のご用意をお願いします。
【トークセッションについて】
・トークセッションは日本語で実施いたします。他言語への通訳はございませんので、必要な場合は翻訳アプリ等をご活用ください。
・各回入替制・先着順（定員50席）です。
・車椅子ベビーカー専用エリア（３組分・当日先着順）があります。ご希望の方は、スタッフまでお知らせください。
・手話通訳の対応がございます。ご希望の方はスタッフまでお知らせください。

【イベントの実施可否について】
・悪天候が見込まれる等の理由で、前日までに中止の判断をする場合は、プライドセンター大阪・虹色ダイバーシティホームページおよびSNSでお知らせいたします。また、水上プライドパレード乗船者には、応募時に入力いただいたメールアドレスにてお知らせします。
・気象状況の悪化、自然災害等により、当日イベントを中止する場合は、プライドセンター大阪のSNS（Instagram、Facebook、Threads、X）でお知らせします。
・水上プライドパレードの出航ができない場合は、当日12時までにプライドセンター大阪のSNS（Instagram、Facebook、Threads、X）にてお知らせします。
【イベント当日でのサポートについて】
・会場内のスタッフにて、つぎのサポートをさせていただきます。お気軽にお知らせください。
・車いすの方でサポートが必要な方
・英語対応が必要な方（必要に応じて英語での会場案内が可能です）
・筆談対応が必要な方（必要に応じて筆談ボードの貸し出しが可能です）
・その他、サポートが必要な方
会場内で体調が優れない場合やけがをされた際は、近くのスタッフまたはボランティアスタッフにお声がけくだい。

[Pride Cruise Osaka 2026] Important Information for Participants
Pride Cruise Osaka aims to create an event where everyone can feel safe and welcome. Please read the following information carefully before attending.
■ Venue Information
Location: Kawanoeki Hachikenya (1-2 Kitahama Higashi, Chuo-ku, Osaka)

・Parking fee exemptions are available for persons with physical, intellectual, or mental disabilities.
・There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom on B1 floor, near the elevator.
・Please be aware that loud music from a DJ is expected inside the venue.
・Please note that some areas of the venue may not be well air-conditioned. We recommend wearing layers or clothing that allows you to adjust to varying temperatures.
■ Photography & Recording Policy
・Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the talk session.
・Please note that media outlets may conduct photo and video coverage during the talk session. If you do not wish to appear in any footage, please take a seat at the back of the venue.
• Photography is permitted during the Pride Parade on the Water and within the booth exhibition area.
■ About “Pride Parade on the boat”
・Please note: On-site registration for the parade is not available.
(Applications closed on April 26.)
・An email has been sent in advance to those who have registered for the boat ride. If you have not received it, please contact us by email.

・The event will proceed in light rain but will be canceled in case of severe weather.
Please bring your own rain gear.
■ Talk Session
・The talk session will be conducted in Japanese. As interpretation in other languages is not available, please make use of a translation app or similar tools if needed.
・Each session is held on a first-come, first-served basis with a capacity of 50 seats. Entry will be cleared between sessions.
・A dedicated area for wheelchairs and strollers is available (up to 3 groups, first-come, first-served on the day). Please let a staff member know if you wish to use this area.
・Sign language interpretation is available. Please inform a staff member if you require this service.

◾️Regarding Event Cancellation or Changes
・If a decision is made to cancel the event the day before due to inclement weather or other reasons, we will notify you via the Pride Center Osaka and Nijiiro Diversity website and our social media channels. Registered boat ride participants will also be notified at the email address provided at the time of application.
・In the event of cancellation due to weather or natural disasters, updates will be announced via the Pride Center Osaka social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X).
・Please note that we will announce whether “Pride Parade on the boat” will be held via our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X) by 12:00 PM on the day of the event.
■ On-Site Support
・Our staff will be available to provide the following support. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need assistance.
– Wheelchair users requiring support
– English language assistance (venue guidance in English is available upon request)
– Written communication support (written communication boards are available upon request)
– Any other support needs
If you feel unwell or sustain an injury during the event, please approach the nearest staff member or volunteer.
